Terms and Conditions

1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of services provided by EvolvedMe Training and Consulting ("we," "our," "us," "the Company"). By engaging our services, you ("you," "your," "the Client") agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully before booking any of our services.

2. Services

2.1 Service Description

We provide professional training and development services including:

  • Half-day and full-day workshops

  • Three-part comprehensive programmes

  • One-to-one coaching sessions

  • Public speaking training

  • Leadership development

  • Confidence building

  • Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion (EDI) training

2.2 Service Delivery

  • All services will be delivered as described in the programme outline or agreed proposal

  • We reserve the right to make necessary adjustments to programme content to meet learning objectives

  • Services may be delivered in person or virtually, as agreed upon booking

3. Booking and Payment

3.1 Booking Process

  • All bookings must be confirmed in writing (email acceptable)

  • Bookings are only secured upon receipt of:

    • Signed booking form or email confirmation

    • Full payment of invoice

    • Completed pre-course documentation (if required)

3.2 Payment Terms

  • Prices are quoted in British Pounds Sterling (GBP)

  • Full payment is required before the delivery of any services

  • Payment must be made within 5 days of receiving the invoice

  • Services will not commence until full payment has been received

  • For both individual and corporate bookings, these payment terms apply without exception

  • We reserve the right to cancel or postpone bookings where payment has not been received within the specified timeframe

  • We reserve the right to charge interest on late payments at 8% above the Bank of England base rate

4. Cancellation and Rescheduling

4.1 By the Client

  • Cancellations must be made in writing (email acceptable)

  • Cancellation fees apply as follows:

    • More than 30 days notice: Full refund less 10% administrative fee

    • 15-30 days notice: 50% of total fee

    • Less than 15 days notice: 100% of total fee

  • Rescheduling requests will be accommodated where possible, subject to availability

4.2 By the Company

  • We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule sessions due to circumstances beyond our control

  • In such cases, we will offer alternative dates or a full refund

  • We are not liable for any additional costs incurred due to cancellation

5. Intellectual Property

5.1 Ownership

  • All materials, content, and methodologies provided remain the intellectual property of EvolvedMe Training and Consulting

  • Materials are provided for personal use only and may not be reproduced, distributed, or sold without our written permission

5.2 Usage Rights

  • Clients receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use materials for personal development

  • Corporate clients may use materials within their organisation as specified in their agreement

6. Confidentiality

6.1 Client Confidentiality

  • We maintain strict confidentiality regarding all client information

  • Individual participation and assessment results remain confidential

  • Corporate client information is protected under separate confidentiality agreements where applicable

6.2 Training Environment

  • Participants are required to maintain confidentiality regarding other participants' personal information and experiences shared during sessions

7. Quality Assurance

7.1 Service Standards

  • We commit to delivering high-quality, professional services

  • All facilitators are appropriately qualified and experienced

  • We maintain appropriate professional insurance

7.2 Feedback and Complaints

  • We welcome feedback on our services

  • Complaints should be submitted in writing and will be addressed within 5 working days

8. Liability

8.1 Limitation of Liability

  • Our liability is limited to the fee paid for services

  • We are not liable for any indirect or consequential losses

  • Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence

8.2 Client Responsibilities

  • Clients are responsible for:

    • Providing accurate information

    • Attending sessions as scheduled

    • Completing any pre-work or assignments

    • Implementing learning at their own discretion

9. Data Protection

  • We process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy

  • We comply with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and Data Protection Act 2018

10. Online Services

10.1 Virtual Training

  • Clients must have appropriate technology and internet connection

  • We are not liable for technical issues on the client's side

  • Recording of sessions is prohibited unless explicitly agreed

10.2 Online Materials

  • Access to online materials is provided for the duration specified in the programme

  • Login credentials are personal and non-transferable

11. Force Majeure

We are not liable for any failure to perform our obligations due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:

  • Natural disasters

  • Government actions

  • Pandemic restrictions

  • Technical failures

  • Industrial action

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be:

  • Posted on our website

  • Notified to ongoing clients by email

  • Effective immediately for new bookings

  • Applied to existing bookings only with client agreement

13. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by English law. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
